The details for the City stops have been compiled partly from personal recollection and partly from photographic evidence, with the remainder estimated.
Pool Meadow
There were three dedicated service lanes for buses at Pool Meadow, running from Hales Street in an Easterly direction to Priory Street. Each service lane was wide enough for buses to park at the stops, while another bus could pass them on the off-side and pull into or out from its own stop. The northern service lane nearest Ford Street was used Coventry Corporation buses, the middle one by Midland Red and the southern one had two Corporation bus stops.
Northern Service Lane
